Our 90 mins sessions are the space that we will partner, strategize, transform and energetically design your projects and your next steps. Life dictates where we need to go, and these are open spaces for whatever discussion best serves you and your creation - be it strategic, emotional or energetic.

Design and Implement the structure of the Health Coaching Biz. Creating direct direct, clear, focused pathways to the build. By focusing on talking to the right client, and designing approaches for sustainable growth.

the GARDEN

The Garden is the Astral Space I have created for all my clients to come to, in order to relax, renew and stay feeling clear and grounded.

It’s a protected space, a wellspring of renewal that you have access to as long as we are working together.

Feel free to visit before or after our calls - or whenever you need! The meditation will walk you through your first visit, and I hope our call times will transport you back here again.
